Build amazing robots using RoboThink's STEM program! Equipped with our innovative RoboThink Robotics Kits, which includes motors, sensors, gears and mainboards, students create robots of different shapes and functions. Basic engineering concepts are presented through our trained instructors and picture-based lesson plans. Students apply these concepts as they engage in exciting robotic challenges in a fun environment.
Class Information:
Duration: 6 week session, November 12th - December 17th
Day/Time: Wednesdays from 4:30PM - 6:00PM
Location: VHW Aquatic Center Community Road located at 94 Midlothian Rd, Hawthorn Woods
Notes: Class is managed by RoboThink, Inc. and is part of our Park Partners program in collaboration with the Village of Hawthorn Woods.
The Long Grove Park District strives to offer affordable and quality recreation programs. In order to ensure programs are cost-effective, the Park District reserves the right to cancel a class in the event of low enrollment.
Registration closes 1 week prior to start date.
